I’m always talking about peak performance, how to reach your full potential, and how to optimize your energy to be your best. But sometimes you just want to play! Sometimes, you want to throw the goals out the window, let your hair down, smell the roses, and just go out and play. So that’s what I’m doing today!

I’m not really setting any goals. I do want to move my body so I’m out on a paddle board enjoying this beautiful scenery. I have zero goals. I am just out for some fun and play.

Try that on if you haven’t in a while. And if you do play, if you’re really good at it, keep doing it and reap the benefits.

Who knew that play could be so exhilarating? Even though I’m not racing for something or training for something, it’s still exhilarating.

That’s it – a quick tip, but an important one.

If you have any comments, questions, or anything you’d like me to discuss for next time, please let me know.
Until next time, have a wonderful rest of your day!
